ShopBop Review
ShopBop is the designer clothing shopper’s dream site.
The first thing I love about the ShopBop site is the easy and highly flexible shopping experience. You have the ability to shop by category, shop by brand, and shop by trend. It makes your shopping experience a lot easier. Let’s face it, shopping online is different from shopping at a boutique. Usually, when people shop online, they already have a very good idea of exactly what they are looking for. I hit the back button very quickly on a site that thinks I have an hour to spend on browsing through their merchandise. No, I don’t. I want to easily find what I’m looking for. If I want to browse I’ll go to the mall.
Let’s say you’re looking for a sexy top. You will find that as a specific category (”Tops - Sexy”) within the Shop By Category section. (Look at the top of the left-hand menu on their site, you will find it there.)
Or, let’s say you want to want to buy Juicy Couture. Easy. You find that under Shop By Brand. Click on Juicy Couture and you get a new menu with the categories within Juicy Couture (Terri Collection, Capris, Denim Jeans, etc.).
Looking for vintage sport wide leg pants? Then use Shop By Trend. It shows you all the pants from all the designers that fit that trend. Fabulous!
The second thing I love about ShopBop is their extremely wide selection of designer brands. When I reviewed the site, I counted more than 160 different designers!! Those brands include Daryl K, Diane von Furstenburg, Dolce Vita, Fenton, Juicy Couture, Karen Zambos, Marc by Marc Jacobs, True Religion, and many more.
The third reason why I adore ShopBop so much is because they constantly have gorgeous items on sale, which means you can look fantastic and save money at the same time. Look at the main horizontal menu at the top of their site and you will see an item “SALE”. That shows you all the items that are currently on sale. The left-hand menu will also change and show you the categories where those sale items fall into. I love that!
I’d better stop rambling and let you get to the ShopBop site to see for yourself. Ha ha! However, before I let you go I want to mention that the site has been in existence since mid 1999. Hence, it’s a well-established business that has sold and shipped designer clothing world-wide for several years, they have a 21-day return policy, and they offer free ground shipping. Those are all things I look for when I want to make sure that I can shop with confidence at an online store.
